Tromso over 300Km within the arctic circle is one of the most beautiful places I have seen. But more than beautiful it is surreal. Also the fact that the sun never goes down and you are trapped in a perpetual '5 in the afternoon' makes it even wierder. Anyway, I would suggest it purely on the grounds that its one of the only places you can find the beer 'Mack' (local brew) which according to my humble opinion is one of the best beers one can have.
Anyway, now im in berlin and last night for the first time in almost 10 days I got to see proper nighttime and I am loving it. Trully however, the place to be these days is berlin. Last night together with some hostel-mates we saw the germany-portugal game at the brandenburg gate where they have set up a sereis of giant screen and quite a few people (Im tempted to say hundreds of thousands) had shwn up and it was quite crazy. Will go again today to watch the final and hopefully it will be a blast. Forca Italia.
